The EFCC is seeking to appoint a regional part-time Ministry Coordinator to provide support and pastoral care to EFCC churches in South Wales and South-West England. We are seeking a proactive and pastorally minded Evangelical Christian, who agrees with our Basis of Faith and Position Papers and is willing and able to work flexibly. The role is contracted for 2 days per month, with built in flexibility, because there are times when additional days are needed. Based from home, you will play an important part in supporting our churches with in person visits complementing telephone, virtual and email contact. Building up and equipping the people of God to reach their communities lies at the heart of the work of a Ministry Coordinator. The role is exciting and varied in nature and presents a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to work in an organisation committed to serving Christ and growing healthy churches. As such, strong interpersonal and pastoral skills, both in person and online, and experience of serving in church leadership are essential. Knowledge and experience of the EFCC is also desirable. Salary: — £159.02 per day (based on a 7-hour working day) pro rata.
