We would like to apply to join EFCC.

That's great! Please read the following carefully before completing the form below.

Membership in EFCC is open to Congregational or Independent Churches which annually signify in writing their agreement with the Objects, Basis of Faith and Polity of EFCC. We consider a congregational church to have a recognised membership who meet regularly to consider church affairs. The church meeting should have the authority to appoint and remove church leaders (deacons/elders/pastors) and to admit and exclude church members.

If you've not yet done so, please familiarise yourself with EFCC by reviewing the About Us section of our website.

Your church meeting should agree upon the following requirements before proceeding to complete this form.

  1. Your church must be an established Congregational or Independent church based in the UK.
  2. Your church must affirm the EFCC Basis of Faith and Positions Paper

Once you have completed this form our Ministry Director will be in touch to arrange a visit by him or one of our Regional Ministry Co-ordinators. This will normally involve attendance at a Sunday service and discussions with church leaders.

Your request to affiliate with EFCC will be raised at the next General Committee Meeting following our visit. If no objections are raised at this meeting, an Affirmation of Oneness card will be forwarded to you for your completion, after which you will be fully affiliated with EFCC.
